⚽ FC MANAGER PRO

About Us

FC Manager Pro starts with football. The vision goes much further.

Who We Are

FC Manager Pro is more than a football management system. It's being built to make football management simpler, more connected, and more accessible — bringing clubs, players, coaches, referees, scouts, sponsors, fans, and football organizations into one connected digital environment.

Our Vision
To build a connected digital sports ecosystem that empowers clubs, develops talent, and creates opportunities for the people who make sports possible.

FC Manager Pro starts with football, but the long-term vision is broader: a multi-sport ecosystem capable of supporting sports communities across Africa.

Our Mission
  • Make sports management easier
  • Make talent more visible
  • Make opportunities more accessible
  • Connect sports communities through technology
  • Build tools that are powerful underneath but simple for users
What We Believe
🌱
Talent Should Not Be Limited by Location
Talented players should have opportunities regardless of where they started.
🤝
Sports Grow Through Connection
Players, clubs, sponsors, scouts, coaches, referees, and federations are stronger when they can work together.
📊
Better Information Creates Better Decisions
Reliable sports data can help organizations understand performance, development, and opportunities.
💻
Technology Should Simplify, Not Complicate
A powerful system should still be easy for ordinary users to understand.
The Idea & Development
DKM
Dennis Kathungu Mwanzia
Founder & Lead Developer
"I started FC Manager Pro with the belief that technology can do more than manage sports — it can create connections, expose talent, and open opportunities."

FC Manager Pro was conceived and initially developed by Dennis Kathungu Mwanzia. It's being built step by step, beginning with football, with a long-term ambition to contribute to the development of sports communities across Africa.

Looking Ahead

Football comes first. As the platform grows, the ambition is to gradually expand into a connected multi-sport ecosystem — carrying the same principles of simplicity, connection, and opportunity into every sport it eventually supports.

User Manual
A full walkthrough of every portal and feature, in one place.
👑 Admin — running the club

Squad is home base: the player roster, Jersey Duty rotation, and (relocated here from the profile page) match Results. Formation sets the lineup by dragging players into position. Events & Attendance covers trainings/matches and who showed up. Finances tracks fees, income, and expenses. Club Store is your equipment log. The Admin Panel is the control center — tabs for Users (add/edit/deactivate), Match Ratings, Match Stats, Results, Sponsors, Sponsor Needs, Fans, Engagement, Store, and Rewards.

Adding someone (a player, another admin, or a sponsor) only asks for their name and email — you never set or see their password. They get an email with a link to set it up themselves. Deactivating an account only blocks their login; it never touches their credentials.

⚽ Player — your own dashboard

Squad shows the roster plus Jersey Duty and match Results tabs. Formation shows the published lineup. Events & Attendance shows trainings/matches and your attendance. Club Store is a read-only view of club equipment. My Profile has your fee balance (set by the admin — you can't edit it), career stats, avatar, and password.

🤝 Sponsor — transparency and engagement

Sponsor Needs shows what the club is currently looking for support with. Squad covers the roster and match Results in one page. Finances is a transparency view of what's been collected and spent. Notifications is also where you can message the club's admins directly.

🎉 Fan — following your clubs

You can follow more than one club (My Club → + Follow a Club), and switch which one you're viewing from the dropdown at the top. Everything on your side — Squad, Top Scorers, Results, News, Match Highlights — reflects whichever club is currently active in that switcher.

My Club covers the clubs you follow plus Club Statistics. Squad has Players, Top Scorers, and Results tabs. News has announcements. Community is where you post and like other fans' posts (use #hashtags). Rewards Store lets you redeem Fan Coins earned from FanTube. Saved Items (MarketHub favorites) stay the same no matter which club you're viewing — they belong to your account, not to a club.

🛒 MarketHub — buying and selling

See the dedicated FAQ tab inside MarketHub (Browse → FAQ) for the full rundown on listings, messaging, saving, reporting, and ratings.

🎮 FanTube — quizzes and games

See the dedicated FAQ tab inside FanTube for how scoring, Fan Coins, and the leaderboard work.

🏆 Achievements & the Fan Meter

Achievements are computed live from real activity — quizzes played, matching/crossword games completed, community posts, redemptions, and how long you've been a member — nothing is handed out for free. The Fan Meter (engagement score) works the same way: it can only build up gradually with real, sustained activity over time, not from a single login.

What is FC Manager Pro?

A management platform for grassroots and community football clubs — covering squad management, events and attendance, finances, and admin tools, plus dedicated spaces for sponsors and fans to stay connected.

Who are the different account types?

Admin runs the club (squad, events, finances, settings). Player tracks their own stats, attendance, and fees. Sponsor gets financial transparency, engagement stats, and a way to log contributions. Fan follows results and takes part in FanTube.

What is MarketHub?

A marketplace shared across every club on the system — post kit and gear for sale, message buyers or sellers directly about a listing, and see a trust indicator before dealing with someone. If something goes wrong, either side can file a report, and the other side always gets a chance to respond.

What is FanTube?

Quick football trivia quizzes. Scores add up on a shared leaderboard that mixes players, sponsors, and fans together — so everyone's competing on the same board.

What is the Store?

A running log of club equipment — balls, jerseys, training gear, and more — with a condition and low-stock alert per item. Admins manage it; players and sponsors can view it (sponsors see it as context for what the club needs).

How does a sponsor's contribution and tier work?

A sponsor logs an entry when they've sent money to the club. Once the admin confirms it was received, it's added to their official total, and their tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) updates automatically based on that total.

Can I use the same email for different account types?

Each account type (member, sponsor, fan) logs in separately, and switching between them means logging out of one and into the other with the right credentials for that account.

Who can I contact for help?

Reach out to your club admin first for club-specific questions (fees, squad status, events). For issues with the platform itself, use the feedback option in your account, if available, or contact whoever manages your club's FC Manager Pro setup.
